At Longfish Leisure, we may be a small company, but we’re proud to operate across Europe — with dedicated service technicians working on our products in several countries.
Recently, our German and UK-based engineers came together in England for two full days of hands-on knowledge exchange. What sparked this? We discovered that each technician had developed their own best practices over time, but due to distance and busy schedules, those insights weren’t always being shared across borders.
These two days were all about closing that gap — aligning approaches, learning from one another, and building stronger connections between teams.
Naturally, we wrapped up the experience in true English fashion… down at the pub. 🍻
It’s a great reminder that even a small business can think (and collaborate) on a big scale.
